IDPH: COVID-19 Cases Surpass 5,000

The number of COVID-19 cases in Illinois has surpassed five-thousand. 

During Monday's Daily COVID-19 Briefing, the Department of Public Health announced 461 new cases of COVID-19 and 7 deaths.

Which brings the total number to 5,057 cases and 73 deaths. 

Clark, Crawford, Marion, Randolph and Saline Counties. are now reporting cases.
