The number of COVID-19 cases continues to grow across the country and here in Illinois.
Governor Pritzker sounded emotional, as he announced Illinois' deadliest day yet in the battle of COVID-19 during the Daily Briefing Tuesday afternoon.
73 people have died in the last 24 hours.
"I too am grieving. But I want you to know that my grief is only fueling my efforts to fight this virus." –J.B. Pritzker.

Pritzker also reminded residents, to take the number of deaths seriously and do your part to stop the spread.
