Little Grassy Literary Festival Goes Virtual

Little Grassy Literary Festival
The festival features readings, panels and question and answer sessions.

This year’s Little Grassy Literary Festival includes a record number of writers.

The festival has moved to a virtual format due to COVID, which co-director Emilee Kinney said has allowed for additional days and more authors than prior years. Kinney said the events, which include readings and question and answer sessions, allow for connection between readers and writers.

“So it really is a nice way to meet writers and see them as someone to have a conversation with, versus just this other person who has a name on a book that you love, now you have an opportunity to talk to them as a peer or a colleague,” Kinney said.

The festival began on Monday and will continue through April 9th, ending with an open mic session. To sign up, visit the festival’s Facebook, Instagram, or Twitterpage.
